We cannot be held liable for any injury or health issues from a purchased invert. By purchasing from us, you agree that the health and safety of you and your invert is YOUR responsibility. It is your responsibility to understand state laws and guidelines. By purchasing from us, all responsibility of owning, possessing and caring for your purchased invert is YOURS.

All sales are final after purchase, and no refunds will be given if you decide to change your mind. Payment can be done via PayPal.

-Shipping-

Please make sure your address is correct. We are not liable for orders going to the incorrect address. We ship all our live invertebrates with Express Post to ensure they arrive to you before the weekend. Each invertebrate is well fed and has enough moisture to survive a couple of weeks, but if the invert does arrive dead, we require immediate notice (within 3 hours of pickup). If your invert is showing signs of ill health, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist with the issue.
