Cercophonius squama (Forest Scorpion)

These small scorpions can be found on the eastern coast of Australia, where it inhabits open Eucalyptus forest. This species typically lives on embankements in a shallow burrow or under rocks and logs. Grows to 3cm from mouth to tail.
